Description of Services: Our language platform offers live and online language courses and related services, including but not limited to live classes, recorded video lectures, interactive learning tools, and language proficiency assessments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Recording of the classes will stay there in the classroom portal until your course ends. This is being limited to ensure your presence in live sessions daily. But Access to material in the classroom portal will be unlimited.
Imitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
Use of Content: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content without our prior written consent.

Payment and Cancellation :You may be required to pay a fee for our language courses and related services. The fee will be clearly stated in our brochure and must be paid in advance to secure your seat. You have the right to cancel the agreement within 7 days without specifying any reason. The cancellation period is 7 days, starting from the payment date. If you cancel within this period, a refund will be issued after deducting a nominal registration fee. After this period, no refund will be possible, but you can reserve your seat for a future batch or transfer your registration to someone else at no additional cost.
Rejoining Policy for Incomplete Batches : At Germanacharya, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may prevent students from completing a batch. To accommodate such situations, we offer the opportunity to rejoin a future batch at no additional cost. This option is available for students who have faced issues such as relocation, emergencies, or other significant reasons that hindered their ability to complete the course. Please note that this benefit can be utilized only once per student. After taking advantage of this option, any further requests to repeat a batch may be subject to additional charges. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and support, ensuring that students can continue their learning journey without incurring extra costs despite facing challenges.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of online education without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
