This is Ishant Rathore, and I come to you as a certified German language coach straight from Berlin, Germany. But, let me paint a clearer picture of my journey. When I embarked on my German language adventure, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would one day be teaching this beautiful language in Germany to such a diverse international community. I’ve been teaching for over six years now, and throughout this journey, my passion for the language and its nuances has only grown stronger.

I hold a master’s in German studies and am honored to be a DAAD scholarship recipient. In fact, the expertise and fluency I developed in the language earned me a direct offer to teach in Germany, all while I was still in India. Learning German in India presented its own set of unique challenges – the lack of an immersive German environment being the most prominent. But it was amidst these challenges that I sculpted my own, specialized tactics to achieve fluency in German, right from the heart of India.
